Now we get to work for you. Sourcing through network/
referrals, adverts and using rigorous techniques across
all platforms, we deliver you a Longlist and Shortlist of
talent, We also provide you with a pulse of the market
for your required skillset.

The Interview screen & selection event:

From our targeted list, you’ll then request talent for
interviews and technical screens. We ensure both sides,
client and candidate, are well prepared to make the most
of the recruitment process. 
We help save time by having a selection event where we
condense the interview process into a day or two

Talent onboarding:

We provide assistance with offer delivery, contract negotiation
and we make sure that the candidate remains engaged until their
start date. Regular check-ins once your ideal candidate has
started to confirm that all is well and that value is being added.
